OUR MISSION
We Love Bigger by giving generously, sharing Jesus, and serving the lost, the least, and the lonely, from Dallas to the ends of the earth.
That modest beginning was the genesis of Operation Care International (OCI), now LOVE BIGGER, has grown to encompass multiple ministries and major events each year in Dallas, Texas as well as missions to the homeless and destitute children in nations around the world.
BIG VISION
For 25 years, God has used Operation Care to put the love of Jesus into action. We celebrate that legacy with gratitude, but 25 years is not the finish line, it is the foundation for what comes next. There is more need, more opportunity, and more work to be done. And it will require us to Love Bigger: to love beyond ourselves, give generously, share the Gospel, and serve the lost, the least, and the lonely. What starts here in Dallas can reach around the world, bringing hope, dignity, and the transforming love of Christ to those who need it most. We don’t just love....we Love Bigger!

Our reach is worldwide, but our mission starts right here in Dallas. Through partnerships with organizations around the globe, we provide vital resources, services, and opportunities that help people move beyond desperate circumstances and toward a better future. When Dallas chooses to Give Big, the impact goes big—reaching across our city, across our nation, and around the world.
SHARE JESUS
From the very beginning, God made it clear that evangelism and caring for the needy were to be the focus of Operation Care International. We have always believed that the Gospel is not only something we proclaim with our words, but something we demonstrate through our actions—bringing the hope of Christ to people while meeting them in their places of greatest need.
WASH FEET
Before He went to the cross, Jesus knelt and washed His disciples’ feet, giving us a powerful picture of both His humility and His cleansing grace. As His followers, we seek to follow the example of our Servant Leader by making humble, sacrificial service the defining mark of our ministry.
